Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms apply to the Linkaroo app for Android and this website, both provided by Orion Software Group, Germany ("we", "us"). By installing or using Linkaroo you agree to them.

Using Linkaroo

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Linkaroo on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows it.

Linkaroo is currently free to download and use. If we introduce paid features in the future, the price will be shown before you buy and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Your links and content

The links you save belong to you and are stored on your device. We have no access to them and keep no copy. You are responsible for backing up your device; if you uninstall the app, clear its storage, or lose or reset your device, your saved links may be lost and we cannot restore them.

Third-party websites

Linkaroo saves and opens links to websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. The titles, images and details Linkaroo shows for a link come from that website and may be incomplete or out of date.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the app or parts of it. We aim to keep Linkaroo working well, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law, for example under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then only for foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you habitually reside.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
